  1. As we pay for NHS why not give us an amount to use on either NHS or Private medical services? Then the privately used services for operations or consultations will reduce the NHS use, and both should be available for ALL British ONLY people! Those coming in from abroad should PAY UPFRONT for ALL SERVICES USED!
    2
