My sister when she had young kids, took up looking after another ones kids until she was able to get part-time work in the evening & took up youth work. Eventually when her kids were old enough she did a degree, went full-time dealing with behavioural & disturbed children until retiring early. It can be done, the Mothers should change their mind-set.
