  1. Some have health issues that means they can't physically do the exercise they want to. My cousin is an example who has ME, eats exceptionally well, cooks her own foods as she has allergies too, but does not have the ability to do basic get up (and not every day), a bit of weeding on higher vegetable plots and still cannot lose weight. Sorry, the Cambridge Crap should talk to others who want to lose weight but illnesses make it even harder!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
