  1. If semiconductor (made of silicon, germanium, or compounds like gallium arsenide) manufacturers get the raw material from Japan & Mexico & the UK has Nissan(Japanese) making cars, why can't a government see a trading benefit in manufacturing the semiconductors near the car manufacturers?
