The NHS should look at their staff firstly and get their fat Dr / Nurses sorted. When recently in hospital for longer than I expected I saw those who were porters / cleaners/ back up staff all seemed slim compared to numerous Nurses/ Drs who weren't! And the food provided was mostly CHEESE / CHIPS / TOFFEE YOGHURT OR SANDWICHES WITH 23% FAT!!!! There was little I could eat, due to allergies, and lost a lot of weight there!
