No King or Queen should have had this title since Henry 8 was awarded it from Pope Leo X in October 1521 when Henry wrote an article AGAINST Martin Luther and the PROTESTANT faith. Once he had split from Rome in 1533 & created the Anglican Church THAT title should have been binned.
