I'm sad to say his "understanding" is so limited as to be hardly worthy of that word, and he seems to make as much clear openly. I'm not sure why you think that the man who eventually separated from the party and was openly contested/purged by the hitlerites somehow represents the roots of said ideology, and i'm not sure why you bring up central planning given Hitler's open rejection of it.

@pierren___ I'm sorry, that's simply not true. His economic goals/4 year plans were achieved by contracts and bribery, not central planning, which he avoided unless absolutely necessary.

@procopiusaugustus6231 The nazis did have a goal and they were willing to input policy to achieve it, but that isn't generally referenced as a planned economy, given the lack of actual central production planning, and more just goals.
