  13. As a real estate finance person, all true David. Also, you will notice superior infrastructure and services, call it socialism if you want. You can generally write off the property taxes on your tax return and if you were smart enough to buy in a good school district (did they have that in your red state ?) you will notice faster property appreciation unless you were in a resort area in the red state. I moved to Boston for a job and found that the tax free state of New Hampshire offered sky high rental and ownership prices, a nightmare of a commute that ate up any potential savings and people that were not welcoming of "outsiders". I spent a happy time in the Boston area until my next relocation. It's about the big picture, pros and cons. I recommend enjoying all Bal'more has to offer, beautiful places, history and softshell 🦀 crab.😁

  15. I know someone who almost died from Tylenol. If I was a hermit living in the woods with no human contact at all, I might not get vaccinated either. Rational weighing the risks and benefits is necessary but if people are unable or unwilling to use their brain, there's no hope. American deaths from Covid have been hugely undercounted for several reasons. It is important to make an informed decision as to your own health and the lives of those around you. The saddest stories are of antivaxers who are just fine but killed family and friends.
