  1. The funny thing is the governments want the peasants (public) to drink recycled water whiles they get to enjoy fresh clean ground water. They have been pumping the aquifers out in safe places. What about desalination plants to process ocean water which ends up in the water table via rain. I believe israel and saudi arabia is leading in this area.
