I find man is destroying himself through his own ignorance. The water cycle causes rain through evaporation from the oceans to the coastland. There are some areas that do not get enough rain to fill the lakes and rivers. I find it interesting that are trying to use chemicals to cause rain which is going to be toxic to people. There is an interesting story in the bible about elijah. The after elijah removed the priests of baal he prayed to the Lord to bring rain. It is recorded that they saw a cloud shaped like a hand coming from the ocean and then it rained when it came over them. It goes to show that no matter how much mankind tries to solve problems he creates more. When nations turn to Lord Jesus they are provided for. America was once in such a situation with the great depression. The american's today are far from GOD and it is not wonder so many bad things are happening to them.
