There are no real Democrats to vote for, you can't vote for Republicans just to spite Democrats as this is cutting off your nose to spite your face, but not voting at all is not an option either as your interests are not served AND the other side has a better chance of winning. A green party option is still a wasted vote, but hopefully this isn't true forever. There has to be SOME charismatic actual Democrat somewhere.
