As to the "frequency" they retain and slowly release, the only thing I can think of is that the molecules enter your body "hot" because the microwave has caused them to vibrate (become hot), and this vibration slowly dissipates into your body (warms up your stomach a bit). I can't see how this would be any different than heating food with fire or an electric element. He hasn't even tried to make sense, and clearly knows he is wrong as he has stopped replying without providing evidence for his claims.
