  2. Not if the conspiracy is obvious. It is the Koch Bros. goal to disenfranchise voters, this group is furthering that goal with this "mistake." Since the "mistake" is accomplishing their actual goal, it'd be fairly odd and pretty unlikely that it would be legitimate one.

It might sound conspiratorial, but it's not exactly a stretch, and it's more likely than NO ONE noticing the many, many errors, any one of which would prevent someone from voting or their vote being counted. It's also odd that none of the errors would have the voter arriving early to the polls, only late.
