  4. Who cares when you have the power of a star on tap? Literally enough power to sterilize every planet in the galaxy if converted into a Nicholl-Dyson beam. If you have a problem you can make a solution if you control that much power.

  5. We do not live in such a solar system and these would be statites, not satellites and not in orbit so if they are damaged they would just fall into the Sun. No chain reaction is possible.
