+Smulian That is not physcially possible. Radiation decay rates are fixed.

+MrLunithy How is Project Orion a primitve mode of transport? Got any suggetions for something that can go as fast for as cheap and move that much tonnage? There's a Nobel in it for you.

@InsaneFirebat More than 0? Yeah. Also, you're still paying for the service, you just get to watch more shows. There is no totally legal way to get the shows so they should feel lucky we just don't torrent them. Never feel bad about screwing over a multinational corporation; they do it to you 1000 times a day. I bet you don't jaywalk or speed either you dork lol.

I hope you can afford to pay for everything then.

MichaelKingsfordGray What kind of a fool puts their real name on the internet? Noob.

They pay you with content, like this literal video you are watching.

This needs to be an event or gift vehicle in War Thunder.

@InsaneFirebat Name the totally legal way around geo blocks. Traveling to that country? You're a sad little puppet.

@nineball039 1. It isn't stealing, what don't you get? You honestly do not understand what is happening. 2. I too pay to access the video. You can't read though. 3. I'm buying the product and using it. The idea of such a simpleton like you owning or trading stocks isn't believable though. Lying is wrong, why lie? 4. You can use it any time you want since in this scenario when you use my car you both pay me and I can also keep using it. Do I really have to keep embarrassing you? Wow.
3
@nineball039 Rich fat can't even earn his money, has to leach off others by betting on stocks. How immoral.

@ericdunn6232 Don't need steam for nuclear flight, you just draw air in with a compressor like a normal jet engine but instead of adding fuel you pass it through your white hot reactor core. The air expands and you pass it over a turbine, powering your compressor, and expel it out the back. Shielding is no worry really since you are spewing death out the back anyways.

@InsaneFirebat Is it not just about the only way to see region locked content?
2
@InsaneFirebat I'm still not hearing a way to legally access geo-locked content. That is what won me the debate. Nice L.
2
@nineball039 Again, since I would be paying for the service but accessing content that is geoblocked, how is it stealing? Do you not understand what we are talking about, kiddo? You can use a VPN to watch geoblocked content on services you pay for, like Netflix. Did you not even watch the ad??? I love that you still don't understand that your car analogy is a failure since tangible items can only be used by one person AND I paid to use the car. Smooth brain is smooth. Shiny even. You can't even understand that this costs you nothing since they are still paying to watch. Imbecile.
2
@nineball039 Why just keep saying the same dumb shit that doesn't make any sense? Where does the theft happen? When I pay Netflix or when I pay Nord? Is there an option to pay Netflix more money that we are not aware of to unlock geoblocks? If not then you wouldn't lose one theoretical dime. One should be able to understand basic math before trading stocks. You're gonna get scammed by these bitcoin threads on here if you're not careful, kiddo. You're very slow.

Indoor plumbing is thousands of years old.

It's absurd to think we CAN'T make 60's tech; we just have no reason to. You think we CAN'T make a nuclear powered family car? That was designed in the 60's too.

@desertodavid We're not talking about exploration of space; we're talking colonization of space.
1
E-lithography can do sub-10 nm as it is using electrons instead of light. Might help us a bit more.

@KarsonNow The end of Moore's law is inevitable as there is a physical limit to how small you cold get even discounting quantum effects. You can't make a transistor smaller than an atom.
1
@nineball039 You are paying for the service but content is geo blocked. Your analogy fails. Also it isn't theft since no one else is deprived of a product or service and you are still paying for the service. You are just accessing content only available to other countries that you CANNOT buy. If you own stock in the service you still get paid. You might want to rethink your analogy. It didn't make sense AT ALL. What are you stealing when you use a VPN to see geo-locked content for a service that you already pay for? Nothing.

Silicon carbide is not as hard as diamond, but almost.
1
A small company can't make a device that costs $120 million dollars let alone afford one so it makes sense.

A light-year is NOT a unit of time. It is the distance light travels in a year. Your ideas about the night sky not being real because we see far way objects as they once were is also just plain wrong. You see literally everything with a time delay, it simply gets longer the further away something is. Are your feet less real than your hands? Silliness.
1
There are multiple other options. One is getting close to light speed to take advantage of time dilation. Another is generation ships where people live for centuries. Another is not sending whole people but frozen embryos with robots to upbring them. On the subject of near light speed travel, you could build a Dyson Swarm around the Sun to make a Nicol-Dyson beam to power a laser sail colony ship. None of this requires new physics.

They really aren't though. The only place I interact with the internet is Youtube nowadays. My car is 35 years old and I'll never be able to afford a car or house that spies on me. I should be good.

You said that the telescopes are separated by 106 at 4:43 and 108 degrees at 6:33. Did they move during the script writing lol?
