The argument against them is 1. You never need the element of surprise when you are the government. You are everywhere. Also, drugs shouldn't be illegal and the real crime is the police wasting resources and lives trying to control people. All drugs need to be legalized, taxed, and regulated. Look at alcohol prohibition and how ending it was a huge improvement. Look to countries where all drugs have been legalized. Look to our prison system which has more prisoners per capita and more overall than any country, ever. 2. Their widespread abuse for decades in situations where is doesn't even come close to any sense using it.

While sitting in my vehicle I once asked a cop who pulled me over, "I wasn't speeding, why did you pull me over?" He replied, "Did I fucking say you were speeding?!?!" while pulling his gun and putting it to my temple hard enough to leave a mark. He let me go with a warning after explaining he pulled me over because he thought I took off too quickly from a legal right-on-red in his view and that I wasn't "Respecting the authority of an officer of the law." Their behavior is entirely police-like. They are armed murdering thugs so you can never be sure if the people breaking into your home have the legal right to do so. Land of the Free.

Why, exactly can't you give a murderer warning? You are the government. You presumably have the place surrounded. You have all the power and time in the world. Why not behave like an adult government and not slaughter your citizens?
