@Spiral.Dynamics I'm not at all tired of hearing about racism and it is a problem that very disproportionally affects POC, but I am tired of people being racists while attempting to call out racists. Then you're just a hypocritical racist. You're not pointing out racism; you're being racist by attributing certain behaviors or characteristics to a skin color with your statement "That sounds about white." Replace "white" with any other color and you'll immediately see your problem but apparently you are blind towards your own racism. What makes you better if you make blanket attributions about an entire race based upon stereotype? "Sounds about white" is the definition of racism and you surrender to playing by the racist's game of pitting the races against one another. Again, be better than racists instead of being one yourself.

@MetaBusy Yes, and by referring to them exclusively by their skin color the meme is itself racist. If you want to be hypocrites you're free to be but you're going to get called out for it. Try replacing "white" with any other color and argue that the statement isn't racist. You can't and won't because it would be. Being racist won't stop racism and it certainly won't encourage racist white people who are oppressing POC to change if they think you're just the same as them and would do the same if you could. Be BETTER than racists and stop sinking to their disgusting level. Talk about race issues all you'd like, about the disparity of law enforcement killing more POC than whites, more POC in prison, worse housing conditions, harder to get loans, etc., but the moment you become a racist you've lost the moral high ground and you convince no one who wasn't already on your side and lose those who otherwise would have been.
