  7. The only way to do that would be by Constitutional Amendment, which can only be had by getting 2/3 of both houses of Congress or by getting 2/3 of states to vote for it. So, impossible. Stop demanding the impossible like a baby and start working on real solutions.

  9. @gattaca Actually Duane is right. That is how it works and impeachment is a waste of time. We need to concentrate on getting that 2/3 majority first or court packing.
