@Optical Clarity That's not how laws or companies work. If they shut down their services in the EU, youtube would lose billions while the EU wouldn't be hurt at all. They would have shut them down for not following the law anyways so they'd be doing their job for them. "Dealing with their angry populations" would be law changing process, which takes years. You have to change the stupid laws to resolve the problem. Did no one teach you how the world works? Just being mad won't do a thing.
