Yeah, let's not regulate a new industry, let's ban it altogether. Also the flavoring clearly has nothing to do with the health problems, it's kids getting things they already legally can't have. Should we ban flavored alcohol or anything that you need to be an adult to be and doesn't taste like shit? Flavored condoms? There's no logic here.
