  1. People can already do this. You either design it yourself, download from an illegal website, or make a simple zipgun from items available at home depot. Guns are just tubes to hold a bullet casing securely while a hammer strikes the primer. There is literally no way to stop the manufacture of simple, crappy guns like this and focusing on this is simply a distraction from the actual problem of everyone having professionally made guns regardless of whether they are crazy or not. Maybe try to stop the crazies from getting good guns instead of futilely trying to ban shitty homemade ones. Guns are already untraceable. File off the serial numbers and run a screwdriver up a down the rifling and it's indistinguishable from any other of that model. Get smart with gun regs if you actually care and aren't just picking on the little guy to appear to do something while still aiding and abetting the powerful gun lobby and NRA.
