  6. No, people who use adblock would never buy anything they see advertised, period and so do not want their time and bandwidth wasted. Seems smart to install a simple addon to eliminate all the bullshit that will never matter to me and dumb not to. Advertisers thinking people who block ads will buy their crap if they are forced to see the ads will instead get boycotts.
