@dabullzfan25 There's only 13.4% black folk in the US as a whole so I'm not sure what your point is and I'm on your side. That's not that low. Utah has less than 1.5% for example. Vermont is also 1.4%.

The government isn't addressing it because police ARE well trained and do EXACTLY what the government trained them to do. They want them to be a club to keep the poors down and that is what they are.
