  2. It is standard procedure to dive to 10,000 feet during cabin pressure loss. If you lose consciousness because of lack of oxygen because the o2 masks field somehow you never pull out. You also never pull out if the reason you were diving caused you to be unable to pull out, like a bomb causing damage to control surfaces or hydraulics that got worse in the dive.
