  2.  Kathryn Elizabeth  You would have to show that he intended to hit people for it to be murder. You're mad and don't understand the law. He would have to have meant to run down people on the sidewalk for what you say to be true, which clearly wasn't the case by his reaction. If he said "W00t!!! 10 points" when he hit the guy you'd have a point but he didn't so you're just being a silly little muppet.
