  5. Russia's position is that they would liek to steal part of Ukraine and they are willing to murder tens of thousands to do it. You want to NEGOTIATE with such barbarians? Over how much blood soaked land they can have as reward for murdering the occupants? Look at what you are saying. You would suggest negotiating with a serial killer too.
