There really are a lot of stupid people who think there is a world wide conspiracy between all medical research companies and medical scientists to not find cures or hide them. Yes people, hundreds of millions of people and thousands of companies are hiding the truth of the "cure" for cancer (an absurd notion since cancer is a general term for hundreds of specific genetic errors that cause uncontrollable cellular growth) and the water powered car and the hover board.
