  2. AFAIK, specific calls for violence such as, I want someone to kill such and such person, are not protected while simply asking where a convenient assassin is protected. She wasn't quite specific enough, but very close. Closer than when Nugent said that he'd be dead or in jail if Obama was reelected. That earned him a visit from the SS. Now he shuts the fuck up about that.
