yoyo168utube Supporting the second amendment does not make one a gun nut. Calling someone a gun nut for supporting the second amendment is however ad hominem.

***** To kill stuff. That's what guns are for. What the fuck are you doing with yours, turning off lights?

Road Fox Many "leftists" support the second amendment, albeit with reasonable provisos like some kind of background check. Look at the thumbs man.

Top Trends We have the most guns of any first world country and also have the highest number of gun deaths per capita. Don't get me wrong, I have a gun within several feet of me, with extra clips handy, but could you cite a source for your claim that more guns leading to less gun deaths? The opposite trend seems to be the case in every other developed country, so I'd like to see the study you're surely speaking about.

Top Trends I see correlation, but causation is not demonstrated. Also, that's just one state. The rest of the developed world is a trend that cannot be ignored because of an anomaly whose causation has not been demonstrated.

AUSTIN MALOOL Well, not the guns that we have. They are literally nothing compared to the might of the American military. The taliban is a LOT better armed than the American public, how did they do? I mean, we can make things awful hard on any type of fascist takeover, but stop it? Hell no. We could be in the woods fucking with them for decades though with the amount of ammo and guns we do have.

DefendinMyBase You have rpgs and 20mm antiaircraft guns? I'm part of the US gun owing population, I have no illusions on how easily the US military could kill every single person in the country if they really wanted to. Station men at every corner? They could just nuke several rebelling cities and ask other cities if they would like more of the same. It worked for Japan. The US military is the most powerful single force on Earth and is far and away the best funded fighting force. I don't want them to take over, and I'd be with you fighting, trying to pick off fascist motherfuckers with my Mosin, but we'd lose in the end. I'd be more than happy to die for what's right if the military did a coup or a theocrat declared a new christian empire, but I and most everyone else would certainly die.

DefendinMyBase Optimism really is the best attitude. Just don't get overconfident and get napalmed by air support. Maybe talk to the Viet Cong for some tips.

DefendinMyBase Why not? It's not like Stalin wasn't real. There are unscrupuloius people in the world, and they have just overthrown the US governemnt after all. They aren't going ot play nice. They'll probably be fighting parts of the military, they aren't going to have time or resources to root out resistance, they'll just drone us or airstrike or nuke, whatever is most efficient given the situation. This wouldn't be a play-war like everything we've had since WWII, this would be total war. During the Civil War, both sides took up scorched Earth tactics, destroying everything on the enemies side as well as their own to deny the enemy resources. War isn't pretty, you cannot afford to pull punches, you play to win if it's a real war.

AUSTIN MALOOL Our soldiers killed more than 200,000 civilians in Iraq, they've got plenty of experience with killing civilians.

DefendinMyBase Al quaida was never in Iraq, why would you think al quaida was in Iraq? Are you insane? The iraqis were secularists who hated al quaida, learn some history you fucking moron, and not from Faux.
1
DefendinMyBase So the people who always lived there killed more of their own civilians than the invading US military? Makes sense. Care to provide any logic or evidence for your claim?
