  1. Ziliath The cops are trained very well and are doing exactly what their training tells them to do, neutralize all threats with lethal force. I don't know why people think cops are incompetent, they know what they are doing. That, in addition to being terrible shots, is why they usually shoot every bullet they have. I guess if you're naked they only shoot you twice, bonus.
