@tombickman9292 Japan was not unwilling to surrender, they just were not willing to surrender unconditionally. The US using nukes to save our troops is a myth. It was done as a demonstration of power and was totally unnecessary. More BS taught to you in high school.

@New Moon That was much MUCH better. Remember, we're the murderous barbarians blowing them up for war profits. No one benefits from that. Better to live under a warlord than to be exterminated from the sky for Raytheon's stock price. We have no business being there. We aren't the world police. If we were, we'd invade Saudi Arabia, our closest ally for being worse than al Qaida.
