Too many conservative talking points on this episode (not that I don´t agree with some of them) and not enough Ukraine. But as a Czech, huge thanks for having Dalibor on! He made good points. Btw he´s Slovak and his surname should be pronounced Rohaatch, not "Rohak".

Don´t know about the young men in the US because I´m not American, but on the whole, couldn´t agree more. I´ve thought for a long time that teachers, sports coaches, summer camp leaders and hobby teachers should be valued highly and have very good salaries and opportunities for professional growth. They´re the most vital parts of our societies.

The US did everything it could to persuade my country in 2008 to accept an American military radar on its territotory. And now, "fight your own wars"?! Of course we´re stepping up and increasing our capabilities, but this attitude is staggering.

@williamtell6750 Oh shoot. Thanks. There were videos but I´d forgotten he called them inconclusive. I think they prove there are North Korean soldiers in Russia but not that they´re actually fighting. There were some videos on Inside Russia, too, but I think they proved the same thing.

Yep. Except the Bush comment. Even I agreed with him on some points, and I´m a European non-conservative woman, so that´s saying something. But I got the impression that he doesn´t see the difference between "toxic masculinity" and "masculinity is toxic". The first is a specific term used in connection with abusers and such, the second is rubbish and nobody should say that. The male Ukrainian soldiers are very masculine, and nobody is calling them toxic. I get why some people don´t see the difference, but he should study the nuances of these things, when he talks about them from his politician/journalist position.

@williammorris584 And there´s a constant stream of humanitarian aid, cars, trench candles, power generators from Europe to Ukraine. There are hundreds of crowdfunding campaigns going on, and volunteers driving for days just to deliver medical equipment to field hospitals in Ukraine. Can we just agree we´re allies and not enemies?

@RegCostello This part is hard to judge because Europe isn´t one country. Some countries aren´t doing anything, some have given everything but their socks to Ukraine in terms of military equipment.

End to war in Ukraine will probably mean conceding some territory to Russia, and millions of Ukrainian refugees in the rest of the country and in neighbouring and already overstretched countries.

And the fact that journalism requires fast reactions, while politicians should provide stability...? They´re essentially opposite professions.
