If not in Ukraine, then while saving people in a natural disaster, or anything, really. Also, this isn't a foreign conflict. If Ukraine loses, there will be tens of millions of refugees in Europe and possibly in the UK, Europe's markets will get much worse, that will influence your economy... lots of negative outcomes.

  2. He gets his info from Lithuanian experts and they haven't been wrong yet. Lithuanians are a funny nation, they have crazy imaginative literature, but are dead on realists when it comes to geopolitics.

  3. Totally agreed, but also, adjusting the budget takes time. Otherwise, there might be a miscalculation, or saving money in wrong places. (There probably will be anyway LOL but they want to avoid the worst.)
