He doesn't travel or speak to people much, but he does, occasionally. I recommend Gleb Karakulov on this kind of info. When Prigozhin's rebellion started, Putin was visiting a festival with concerts and fireworks in St. Petersburg. (I have this from a Russian Studies graduate in my country who is able to dig up a lot of info. The reports on Putin's villas were done a couple months ago by Navalny's exiled colleagues.)
