@kingston163 I think it's the same in the US, the numbers we get are skewed (BS). I guess the US is better at sending checks that Australia but I don't know. Yes the inflation and high gas prices will send us into a recession as of now but it isn't being admitted yet.

Career politicians don't usually understand middle class people. Many politicians didn't work very much in regular jobs. So when they're out of touch this much with REAL people that's when the catastrophes happen.
