  3. It looks like The Doge Millionaire doesn't understand the value of real estate. It's the one thing that builds equity. It's not neccessarily Dogecoin or even Bitcoin. His friend, our host Andre is trying his best once again, trying to get him to sell some of the Doge and put money down on a house. However on the other hand, houses are over-priced and the interest to buy one is also too high right now anyway.
