  6. I was 17 years old then I remember those times, I was getting out of high school soon. Years later, the first townhouse I bought was in early 2004, a 30 year fixed rate loan at 5.75% so I thought it was a good deal!!

  12. Corporations and / or companies are raising their prices, not the government. Corporations all the way down to small businesses will raise prices because they're Not Making Enough Money. They just feel like it's time to raise prices, problem is that not everybody got a raise going back to work. Once again only those with decent jobs are rewarded; the rest are All Screwed.

  42. Yes and I think it's just that in the Marines they train a marine to get rid of emotions, to be strong in case you go to war. Back then they were really tough, today they're nowhere near as tough, and he was in Vietnam and fought hard. Many of his friends / marines died. He sees the snowflakes complaining and the social media mess, he goes overboard but he does make his point. He's a capitalist and loves America - and he's concerned for our country.

  45. Well God / The Lord works in strange ways; some of us have to get punished (I think), and then how we react and struggle is what will determine the rest of our lives. And then if we please Him, suddenly things will change and we will get rewarded. However, if a person is weak and does Not believe in God then that person will most certainly fall.

  49. @Joe My daughter is 21, and a few years ago I noticed her friends were different races, which is good but I noticed that they weren't too respectful. I think it was because I'm white. My daughter is a mix because her mom is Thai and Chinese. I noticed that at her high school when I was inside the school, all the pictures of the senior leaders (high school) were are females. And they were mostly of color, and I thought wow it can't be very good for white kids here. The CRT (critical racist theory) was all over the place. Higher mathematics take a lot of time and really take a certain amount of smart gene you're either born with or your not. It's supposed to be rewarded and that's why it's being dropped. It's reverse racism too drop these course but that's where things are going.

  50. @Joe Yes it's amazing - they make themselves low class and always examining race and someone's sex; male, female, trans / gay. Teaching this stuff to 7 year olds - letting them try to decide what their going to be at this age!!! Leave the kids alone.
