@cherryblossoms942 My mortgage is $950 a month, and the townhouse has 3 bedrooms, and a big back yard. So far It seems worth it. Well I got it in 2021 because the home's mortgage interest finance rate was 2.75% fixed.

I heard her use the word "force" around 6:40. I've been saying this is a forced economy since the pandemic. People are forced to accept more money and in work it's more money per hour, and the super-inflation (forced to pay more). Really it's a global problem but America is inside a lot of bubbles like the auto industry and the housing market.
