  6. Well a first time offender would only get revocation of drivers license and 5 years for death by auto. Possibly paroled early too.

  15. The speed he was going matters. Most drunk drivers are driving slower than the limit - most want to get home. The faster you're traveling an a vehicle the easier it is to kill someone.
