  1. Capital punishment is only expensive because we make it so. When there is clear evidence with zero probabilities of failure that when a person intentionally murders someone maybe multiple, their life is forfeit which is better than the perp would ever do for the victim in 100% of cases. Consequences for murdering innocent people should be met with a similar force. Why keep rabid dogs alive to study when the cure is already known. When they are "cured" like this fella was, 20 years served probably made him into a monster took only two years to do the exact same thing but with a dash of murder. He will live uncomfortably until he dies in jail, but live he will nonetheless. Pathetic hominid
