  1. ​ @thulyblu5486  First of all burning means catching fire, its not oxidation. Ergo every reaction that makes a lot of heat is burning. Secondly not every oxidation requires oxygen.

  2. It'd be thermodynamically possible (sudden surge of oxidations, till the body heats up enough), but human body has so much water in it, it is very unlikely to actually catch flames. It'd make more sense to look for this phenomenon in other mamals, who actually could burn if their fur is dry.
