  2. Well I just googled it and you don't need masters to teach in Australia, you can teach with bachelor + pedagogy. Just like any other country. A bachelor physicist that graduated lately is probably a smart person, but it doesn't mean he knows about this. My physics teacher was an absolute moron that could barely teach without a book to remind him basics of newtonian physics. I'd love to see him fired, but then I think about the fact that most teachers are probably dumbasses.
