  2. Probability can change if new information is added but no information is added here. I think if the question is worded as it is in the video the awnser should be the same before and during the experiment.

  3. ​ @Falcarbone  Probabilities are equally likely if you don't know about things that influence them. It's the principle of indifference. And you might assume that because you can't locate yourself on the probability tree. I am not saying that he is right but he did talk about it in the video.
