  1. Every substance is a mixture of three phases. Pressurized magma might have pockets with high temp, low pressure, where its fluid and vice versa. It is nonsensical to say that a predominantly rigid body is liquid, just because some molecules inside can move freely. Would you say that sea is gaseous? I mean water evaporates at any temperature. If a substance requires a covalent or ionic rearangement or change in physical conditions (Temperature/Presure) to flow, then it is solid.
