Afaik normally there is nothing in the intestine that needs "cleansing", everything goes out on it's own. And if there are any toxins, they are probably already in the blood and are being dealt with by different organs like liver and kidneys. I think too much fiber is also bad even if people don't constapate from it. Too much bacteria is can be very annoying if you know what I mean...
