  1. Maybe I am on the wrong channel to say this, but I think these meetings, context switching etc. help to make a 0x engineer a 0.5x engineer. I think most people are 0x engineers and they need an environment that makes them feel responsible for the product, proud of their work, engaged etc. I know this sounds like some non factual bs but if you hire 10 people and 8 of them drop out because they are not engaged, that is a way bigger waste of resources than a hundred hours of meetings per month.
