  2. 3:35 That makes no sense. If you get an NHEJ facilitated mutation that caused cancer then the killswitch doesn't exist in your DNA. The reason why it's safe is because you took a low dosis. You need multiple mutations to get cancer - the cell has to become completely unresponsive to the immune system and it has to be a surviving cell in the first place. So it's unlikely with like 100k mutations that you would get from this therapy.
