  2. It doesn't happen if the antibiotic isn't a systemic stressor (hospital or when veterinarian treats large amounts of farm animals). Hospitals are relatively enclosed systems and the bacteria that get out typically die by competition. The problem is the scale of meat production. So picking on Azithromycin being an antibiotic is simply a base rate fallacy. And I doubt that a bacteria can somehow protect EVERY aspect of its metabolism. If a particular strain was to arise, it should still be just a matter of finding some inhibitor.

  3. Many patients died of bacterial co-infections. And reducing the strain of the immune system when dealing with a viral infection is probably going to have a positive effect. So it kinda depends on how you frame things. Can honey&garlic cure Covid-19? Probably not. But eating well and taking care of yourself will reduce the risk of infection.
