I really thought to make a video on a few claims he did on ads - even though I'm not really a YouTuber. His claims are just harmful, for the people who might actually need to lose weight. They contradict the science of metabolism, his arguments seem to be completely unsupported by science and the anecdotes he makes (like "I didn't do a day of cardio for the past 15 years") don't even support the claims. I imagine some people who really dislike doing cardio or diets, will be mesmerized by the idea, which will be very painful for them when they realize they've been lied to.
