  9. ​ @Jordan-ff6mc If I may give some advice I would say create a routine for yourself everyday. It can include walking to just your stamina and gradually increasing to more vigorous exercise. Some people do better eating one meal a day. OMAD can help some people with mental clarity. One of the keys to getting out of depression is focusing on something else especially helping someone. Some peopledo well with a pet. If a dog or a cat is too much you can get a bird or fish. See what volunteer organizations need help. If you volunteer for something you may find some cool people to hang with. Last suggestion is good sleep and a good diet. Best wishes to you

Believe all women no matter what. I would say that two wrongs don't make a right. People have forgotten that there is such a thing as justice, namely the guilty pay a price and the innocent are protected whether they be men or women, rich or poor, young or old. That is why Lady Justice is portrayed as blindfolded. The blindfold is a relatively recent addition (16th century) and it purported to have been added as a reaction to how the justice system can be taken over by certain groups and that that is not acceptable. The fracturing of society based along ideological lines where injustice of anyone from any group can be tolerated is disgusting to me.

  32.  @vanderumd11  You are probably mostly correct about the UAE. The ME is very inconsistent in regards to dress codes for women in public. Recently in Turkey they have banned the wearing of pants for women with whipping being the common punishment. The perspective of us in the west is that there are wild inconsistencies in ME cultural taboos on many subjects. Maybe for those in the ME it makes more sense?
